Magnetic grid separators are recommended for removing ferromagnetic impurities, for screening free-flowing dust, plastic granular products, sugar, grain, tea, and other fines. Grid separators are widely used in the screening of recycled materials, in the processing of chemical materials, in pharmacies, in the food industry, in rubber, plastic and paint processing units, as well as in the mining and environmental protection industries. One, two or even more rows of magnetic grids can be made in accordance with quality assurance requirements. The housing and magnetic tube are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel . Manual cleaning (M-type) magnetic grids max. its magnetic value is up to 12,000 Gauss. In the case of magnetic grids equipped with automatic cleaning equipment (A-type), max. 8,000 Gauss.
