Magnetic block EMH MTM- 350 iron separator above the conveyor belt

High-energy magnet array for industrial applications. The permanent magnetic unit is placed above the conveyor belts to filter out ferromagnetic materials. Using the energy of the permanent magnet, it attracts ferromagnetic materials passing under it from a long distance. The continuous operation of the permanent magnet provides a high degree of safety against electromagnetic systems. It does not require energy to operate. It retains the collected metal pieces even when the system is stopped. It can be fixed with a rigid support system or an adjustable rod system.

Depending on the design of the magnet block, it is suitable for removing iron parts under a millimeter and weighing several kilograms from the material flow. Our designers plan the efficiency of the array based on the usage needs. The placement distance can be changed from 100 mm to 400 mm, depending on the type. Iron impurities deposited on the surface of the magnet block must be removed every shift.
